“Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.” 1)There is a 7% Buyers Premium charged on all purchases. 2) There is also a 2% Internet Purchase Fee charged on all online purchases up to $35,000.00, any purchases exceeding $35,000.00 will be charged a flat rate of $700.00 per unit. 3) All non dealer residents are subject to a sales tax unless exemption forms are presented. Rick Branham, owner of R&T Trucking, is ending his long-time livestock hauling operation to pursue other interests. This auction will provide an opportunity to purchase late model tractors and livestock trailers that have received outstanding maintenance over the years. All the equipment sells to the highest bidder. No bid-ins or reserves. Everything sells “as is”, “where is”. The final bidder is required to pay for purchase regardless of its faults.
