- “Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in (Auction Location) on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.” 1)There is a 2.25% Internet Purchase Fee charged on all online purchases. Taylor and Martin also charges a .75% Transaction Fee. 2) All non dealer residents are subject to a sales tax unless exemption forms are presented. All out of state residents are exempt from sales tax. 3)Payment in full must be made by May 21, 2010 in the form of Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check or a Company / Personal Check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee. 4)All purchases must be removed from the premises by May 27, 2010. 5)Bidders are to be held personally liable for any bids made with their Bidding Number. 6)The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute or to re-offer the lot for re-sale. 7)The Auctioneer and TMILive.com accepts no liability for loss or damage howsoever arising (including but not limited to costs of attendance of Bidders at the Auction) from any Lots not presented for sale. 8)The Auctioneer and TMILive.com has described the Lot(s) in the catalogue to the best of their ability and belief from information furnished by the Vendor(s) who shall be alone responsible for any error or miss-statement, which there may be. - Complete payment due the day of sale by cash ($1,000 deposit required), certified or cashier’s check. Personal or company checks will be accepted if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank. This letter of guarantee must include the following: “(Your bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to a specified amount for purchases made at this auction.” All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. Immediate possession of all equipment upon proper settlement. A two and one quarter percent (2.25%) internet transaction fee along with Taylor & Martins three fourths of one percent (.75%) transaction fee will be charged to the buyer for all purchases. Titles will be mailed. If you are paying for your purchase with a wire transfer, then at the discretion of Taylor & Martin, a $10,000 deposit must be wire transferred to us no later than 3:00 p.m. (central time) the day before the auction. Your deposit will be applied to your purchase. If you are not the successful bidder, your deposit will be refunded to you. After more than 60 years in the trucking business Norm is offering his line up of clean, late model equipment for sale at auction and plans to retire. All the equipment sells to the highest bidder. No bid-ins or reserves. Everything sells “as is”, “where is”. The final bidder is required to pay for purchase regardless of its faults.
